Please be mindful that our products are handmade. Orders will ship within 10-15 business days.

Change of address is not allowed. A refund will be issued. If the request is made after the package has shipped a refund will only be issued if the package is returned.

MHK is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info. 

Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier.
