Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons, sales, or new drops, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship nationwide within the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • MHK Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered at checkout.

  • If you made an error, contact us immediately at mhk@rockcityva.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • MHK Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are in the possession of the carrier.

  • For missing or damaged packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then email us so we can assist as best as possible.
